Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Set 'When terminal starts' to Open windows from a previous session
  3. On Default Profile set Run this profile as administrator to On
  4. Close all terminal windows and open it again

Expected Behavior

The terminal starts with adminisrative rights and opens windows/panes from a previous session.

Actual Behavior

The terminal starts with adminisrative rights, opens windows/panes from a previous session and opens one more extra window with one default tab.

Noticed that if I start WT with desired setting using PowerToys WorkSpaces then excessive window doesnt open. I dont know if it useful for you so Im just stating this.
