Steps to reproduce

I'm using a GK64 keyboard, with Swedish keyboard layout.

CTRL+ALT+<number> is not working out.

I'm currently working around this by using conhost.exe instead of Windows Terminal, which does not exhibit this issue.

Initially thought this was a PowerShell issue (issue). But I closed that one and opened this instead.

Expected Behavior

  • CTRL+ALT+2 inserts '@'
  • CTRL+ALT+4 inserts '$'
  • CTRL+ALT+5 inserts '€'

Actual Behavior

  • CTRL+ALT+2 inserts nothing
  • CTRL+ALT+4 inserts nothing
  • CTRL+ALT+5 inserts nothing
