Description of the new feature/enhancement

Since terminal gives us the ability to change the application color scheme to be light, dark, or match Windows current system theme, we should have the ability to set a default color scheme for each. Having the ability for terminal to match the windows system theme is relatively moot when the color scheme is always the same dark or light scheme.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Under color schemes, instead of just "Set as default," there could be "Set as dark theme default", "Set as light theme default", and "Set as default for all appearances". I understand profiles have their own defaults, so this adds complexity, but each profile could also have both a light and dark theme default.

The use case here is I use https://github.com/AutoDarkMode/Windows-Auto-Night-Mode

When the sun sets, the system automatically switches to the Windows dark mode theme, which is better on my eyes in lower ambient light. Most apps follow this switch, and their UI becomes dark-mode friendly. Terminal's UI changes to dark mode, but the color scheme still stays as the one I'm using, meaning it's a light color scheme until I go and manually change it to a dark one
