When using splitted screen in tmux or tabbed vim, I encounter an issue while selecting text in multiline blocks. Specifically, at the end of a line, the cursor jumps to the next tab or the next line placed in the previous tab. Therefore, I propose enabling vertical (or column) mode when selecting text using "mark mode" feature.
