Steps to reproduce

In "设置" -> "操作", press "编辑" button of a key binding, then press "删除" button

Expected Behavior

In the popup window, the two "密钥绑定"(in Actions_DeleteConfirmationMessage.Text and Actions_DeleteConfirmationButton.Content) should be “快捷键绑定” (same issue of Globals_KeybindingsDisclaimer.Text in
https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/9328).

Also, search "key binding" in this file: 63c3573a13/src/cascadia/TerminalSettingsEditor/Resources/en-US/Resources.resw get another 13 hits, not sure if those (and their Tradictional Chinese translations) also have the same issue
