Steps to reproduce

Open Terminal Preview app > Go to Settings > Open any drop down menu and scroll down/up

Expected Behavior

Drop down menu either stays inside the window or automatically closes like on stable channel when you start scrolling

Actual Behavior

Drop down menu goes out of the window when you start scrolling through settings
