Windows 10 pro, version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26080.1300 - pending download.
Windows 10 is current with all updates.
It was working last week only by using administrator with the Touch keyboard service disabled. It does not anymore, with Touch Service Disabled or Enabled and running.
Based on the last thread I read that brought me here, this has been happening since 2020. What's up with that? Can this be fixed?

Ah, an additional step is required - reboot after enabling the touch keyboard service; up and running isn't good enough; it doesn't work until the reboot. Interesting behavior. It's working correctly after reboot.
