Description of the new feature/enhancement

Like on Windows 10 and Windows 11, normally people can hover over the app icons on the taskbar (while an app is running) in order to show thumbnail previews. On Terminal, when we hover over the tab, we only see the name of the tab and a keyboard shortcut (for example, PowerShell and Ctrl+Alt+1). It'd be nice to have thumbnail previews seen while we hovered a mouse over the tabs.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

An option to show or hide thumbnail previews while hovering over tabs can be added in Terminal's Settings->Interaction or Terminal's Settings->Appearance.
