Steps to reproduce

  1. create a folder whose name contains '[' or '[]'.
  2. right-click folder
  3. select open-in-terminal
  4. terminal opens, but not in the directory selected

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

If the path contains '[', the terminal opens in the root directory of the system disk.
If the path contains '[]', the terminal opens in 'C:WindowsPowerShell\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0>'.
