Actually there are no steps I do particularly, but it occurs more if it overlaps with another application.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

The title bar's acrylic material flickers and gets this weird look even if I don't do anything. I just open terminal and don't even touch anything and it just flickers.
