Windows Terminal version

1.21.1772.0

Windows build number

10.0.22631.0

Other Software

Powershell v7.4.5

Steps to reproduce

  1. Bind "Show/Hide Quake window" to a hotkey
  2. Launch wt
  3. Launch a quake window with the hotkey
  4. Exit the quake window with exit

Expected Behavior

The Quake window should exit gracefully, returning me to the "regular" window.

Actual Behavior

The window contents are removed, leaving a window border onscreen. This is shortly followed by a logged 0xc0000005 and both windows disappear.

Good news! You didn't find it because I closed it with a fix yesterday. Fixed with #17770, this is a /dup of #17520.
