Test Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Version Dev (OS Build 27695.1000)
App: Windows Terminal Preview
Tools: Voice Access

Steps to reproduce

Prerequisites:
Settings>Accessibility>Speech>Voice Access.

Repro steps:

  1. Open the 'windows terminal' application.
  2. Turn on voice access by following the prerequisites.
  3. Now open 'Setting' and activate 'Startup' tab.
  4. Give command as 'Show numbers' to Voice Access.
  5. Observe the issue.

User experience:
People with limited mobility (cerebral palsy, quadriplegia) who use Voice Access may feel difficulty to interact with the 'Launch size' and 'Launch parameters' controls, if voice access don't display numbers for the group controls.

Expected Behavior

Numbers should be shown for the 'Launch size' and 'Launch parameters' group controls by 'Show numbers' command of Voice Access.

Same issue repro for all group controls throughout.
