I think this is a relatively easy fix? This property on the text blocks should help: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.ui.xaml.controls.textblock.istextselectionenabled?view=winrt-26100#windows-ui-xaml-controls-textblock-istextselectionenabled
