Terminal crashing in infinite loop when profile set to run as admin for non-admin users #22508

Steps to reproduce

Add account to administrator group
set default profile to run as Administrator
remove account from administrator group
start terminal

terminal will not start as default profile cant be run in admin mode. Terminal will crash and then keep going in loop forever. Open, crash, start again
In our company people got accidently removed from admin groups and terminal become unusable on majority computers.

Expected Behavior

  • in case of failure terminal will not be trying to start in infinity loop as it will never succeed
  • as fallback it should start in non admin mode and provide notification about it or just show notification that profile cant be start in admin mode and user should modify setting manually first to remove admin mode

Actual Behavior

terminal will not start (it will terminate during startup, ironically :)) and system will keep trying to start it in infinite loop

@payn-git you are sure what WT crashed? maybe not start only + infinite trying start.
