Hide Quake window shortcut causes multiple tray icons to appear #22542

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Windows Terminal
  2. Open Quake window using shortcut Ctrl + Space (it works fine when set to default Super + `)
  3. Press Quake window shortcut again to hide it
  4. A new tray icon for the Window terminal appears

Expected Behavior

Hide Quake window should spawn only one tray icon
