Console.OutputEncoding = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8;
Console.WriteLine("👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦");

Expected Behavior

Used to output
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Actual Behavior

The issue is that the caret is advanced the codepoint width (11) instead of the glyph width (2)
