Windows console does not change number of rows and columns when is change font size with ctrl+mousescroll unless i minimize and remaximize window #22946

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open console in maximized window.
  2. start wsl.
  3. run htop.
  4. close htop
  5. reduce font size with ctrl+scroll down
  6. start htop again.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

Ctrl+scroll down reduces view port, but does not increase number of rows and columns.
I have to minimize and maximize window to fix it.
