Terminal opened twice (new tab or window), when setting "Run this profile as Administrator" #22962

Steps to reproduce

  • In the setting, turn "Run this profile as Administrator" on for the default profile.

Expected Behavior

Open only one window and tab.

Actual Behavior

  • Setting -> Startup -> New instance behavior
    • If set to "Create a new window" then two windows of terminal will be opened
    • If set to "Attach to the most recently used window" then two tabs will be opened.
