Description of the new feature

To my understanding, the pane divider colour equals the system accent colour.

I want to override that colour. A good accent colour stands out, highlights what's important, has high contrast.

But that is not what I want from my pane divider colour. I want that to fit nicely into my colour scheme used in the terminal. Not be too high contrast.

I would love to have a way to configure this.
