Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Unzip Microsoft.WindowsTerminalPreview_1.23.10732.0_x64.zip to local
Step 2: Open terminal-1.23.10732.0/WindowsTerminal.exe or terminal-1.23.10732.0/wt.exe
Step 3: At this time, an error message will be reported, and the error message is "Unable to locate the program input point registerapplicationrestart in the dynamic link library WindowsTerminal.exe"

Expected Behavior

Run WindowsTerminal normally

Actual Behavior

Run WindowsTerminal error, and the error message is "Unable to locate the program input point registerapplicationrestart in the dynamic link library WindowsTerminal.exe"

This version of Windows is not supported by any version of Terminal after 1.12. I'm sorry.

Just FYI: this version of Windows is no longer officially supported by Microsoft. Support for this version (1909) ended in 2022.
