App: Windows Terminal Preview
Screen Reader: Narrator

Steps to reproduce

Pre-requisites:
Settings>Accessibility>Contrast themes>Desert theme>Reopen the application.

Repro steps:

  1. Open the 'windows terminal' application.
  2. Follow the above-mentioned pre-requisite step.
  3. Open multiple tabs in the terminal.
  4. Hover the mouse over the 'Close' button of any tab.
  5. Observe the visibility of the button when hovered.

User experience:
This issue negatively impacts users relying on High Contrast mode for accessibility. The lack of visibility of the 'Close' button affects usability, forcing users to find alternative methods to close tabs, potentially reducing efficiency.
