GNU bash, version 5.2.26(1)-release (x86_64-pc-msys)

Steps to reproduce

Set "bell notification style" to "audible" only.
Open git bash and press left or right arrow key.
Observe terminal blinking/flickering (visual bell)

PS: I made sure that the git profile setting doesn't override the default profile setting.

Expected Behavior

Not flashing the window if the "Flash Window" is unset.
Hearing the bell
