Steps to reproduce

Open Windows 11 virtual Keyboard (bottom right in the taskbar) German Layout
Type AltGr+7 - Nothing
The same with AltGr+8 and AltGr+9, so I can't get the keys '{', '[' and ']'
But AltGr+0 '}' and AltGr+? '' are working.
This only applies to the Keyboard in the taskbar, with the older osk.exe everything works fine.

In other applications, i.e notepad++ I'm getting the '{' both, with osk and Keyboard in the taskbar
