Can you add more details/? Where is that screenshot from? What shell are you using? How did you configure your prompt for that shell?

Terminal doesn't control your shell's prompt at all - this sounds like something you should be able to configure with your shell.

The screenshot looks like the JetBrains terminal, with IDE double-line prompt setting to show the input below the prompt (default behavior). The WT prompt can be setup to do the same, depending on the shell used.

I think there may be something wrong with my expression, The point is not the prompt, please see the screenshot

When the directory path is long, cmd will wrap

But in dual-line display mode

and the wrap terminal:

if you know what i mean, and not planned really, close the issue again
