"Open in Terminal" option does not work for directories with square brackets in the name #23338

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a folder called "Test[123]" in Windows Explorer
  2. Open the folder
  3. Shift+Right click any blank space
  4. Choose "Open in Terminal"

Expected Behavior

Terminal launches with the directory as: "Test[123]"

Actual Behavior

Terminal launches with the directory as: "C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0"

Closing this as it's a Powershell bug. Didn't find anything during my initial search, sorry.

Edit: Updating to Powershell v6 or higher fixes this issue, as mentioned in #11652.
