Steps to reproduce

Removing an existing distro from WSL, or adding a new distro to WSL.

Expected Behavior

Any updates such as installing a new distro in WSL or removing an already installed distro should automatically be reflected in the drop down list.

Actual Behavior

Right now, upon addition and removal of any WSL distro has to be manually added or removed from the drop down list.
