Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the command palette.
  2. Select/execute a command from windows terminal.

Expected Behavior

No other command content should be visible

Actual Behavior

The text of the first custom command of the command palette appear above the normal output. And can only be remove if the command palette is opened again and after hitting escape.

I suspect this was fixed by #17533

(It is also a /duplicate of #18737, which strangely nobody here can reproduce on 1.22 or 1.23)
