Description of the new feature

When the terminal is in active use it's not very convenient to always turn it back from the system tray while you want to use only the keyboard. Alt+Tab doesn't work in this way. So, "Minimize to tray" useless for active terminal users.
But when you finish most of the work "Minimize to tray" useful if you would rather not close multiple tabs because you need them later. So, "alternative" option for minimization is required. Would be nice to have a new option to minimize to tray by right click of mouse
