starting directory not opening on current working directory with new tab and different console or shell #23493

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

its opening on %userprofile% directory but if i set it to "user parent process directory" it then opens the system32 directory, i want the other shell or console tabs to open on the current directory or working directory
