Steps to reproduce

several UI options are missing from the Profile Appearance settings page. The most noticeable missing option is "Tab color." The settings list in the UI ends abruptly after "Scrollbar visibility."

Expected Behavior

The Appearance tab for any profile in the Settings UI should display all modern configuration options, including "Tab color," "Cursor," "Intense text style," etc.

Actual Behavior

The Appearance tab in the Settings UI is missing many options. The list of settings appears to be incomplete, stopping after "Scrollbar visibility." This makes it impossible to configure these features through the graphical interface.

Thanks for filing! Yeah, that one's on me 😅. I added a new "nullable color picker" control to the settings UI a while back, but I forget exactly why the tab color setting is missing. Either way, tracking it over in #18318. I'll revisit it today/soon.
