I have been doing a lot of AI agentic coding lately and I often have multiple CLI coding tools open as well as shells and server output etc. at the same time. So I'm switching back and forth between tabs frequently. more than once a minor mis-click has resulted in the very important active CLI tool window being closed mid-job, which is not always easy to recover.

It would be really nice if there was a right click option on a tab to "Lock" the tab so that it removes the "x" close and won't let you close the app overall until you unlock the tab(s).

Have you tried marking the tab as read-only? That will prevent you from closing the tab accidentally.
