Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a new Powershell terminal
  2. Execute wt --window 0 split-pane

Expected Behavior

The current tab should be split and a new powershell should be in the split pane. A total of 2 powershells.

Actual Behavior

A new tab is created and that is split resulting in 3 open powershells.
