Windows Terminal version

1.23.12371.0

Windows build number

10.0.26100.6584

Other Software

No response

Steps to reproduce

Start terminal in quake mode.
I usually enable Focus mode so I can see the tab names, but IIRC the problem reproduces even without that step.
Sometimes I open a 2nd tab (Git Bash), but it can also reproduce without.
Use some other application for a while.
Bring the Quake window up again, and it will show, but nothing works.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

Quake window can still hide/show itself, but any other interaction with it does nothing.
Can't type anything. Can't select text. Can't change tabs.
And opening a new regular terminal window will just open an empty frame with a blank menu bar, and then that is frozen as well.

This started happening as soon as I installed 1.23, and reverting to 1.22 makes it work again.
I'm pretty sure it is related to quake mode as I have now used my laptop for a couple days without problems if I don't use quake mode.
