Selecting text jumps to end of output #23617

1.Run a command that produces long output, for example:
Get-TimeZone -ListAvailable
2.Wait until the command finishes (no new output is written).
3.Scroll up
4.Try to select text with the mouse.

As soon as I start selection, it jumps to the bottom of the output, making it impossible to select the text.

Sorry @DHowett , i am using Latest stable and preview both installed from MS Store
