Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Windows Terminal
  2. Increase/decrease font size
  3. Change keyboard layout

Expected Behavior

Keyboard layout will be changed without affecting Terminal font size

Actual Behavior

Keyboard layout changed and Terminal font size changed to default value

I think this is probably the same issue as #11522. The settings get reloaded when the keyboard layout changes, and that ends up resetting any properties you've changed at runtime. For more details, see the explanation here: https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/11522#issuecomment-945930965.
