Hover on the X button on each tab

Expected Behavior

It should show Ctrl + Shift + W instead of Ctrl + F4

Actual Behavior

It displays Ctrl + F4

Thanks! This is a duplicate of #10109, which unfortunately requires changes in the UI framework to fix.
