Steps to reproduce

Open terminal, click on another windows so terminal is not focused, go back to terminal => hangs and freeeze with CPU going crazy for few minutes.

Expected Behavior

Open terminal, click on another windows so terminal is not focused, go back to terminal => instant focus and activation, with no hangs or freezing, without CPU going crazy because I've switched from one window to another.

Actual Behavior

Unfortunately we haven't been able to repro this. If you get it in that state again, can you share a dump file from WindowsTerminal.exe/? That'll help pinpoint where the hang is.
