Version: edit.exe 1.2.1
Environment: Windows (Japanese locale)

Description:
When typing Japanese half-width katakana with dakuten/handakuten marks, the position of the marks is rendered incorrectly.
For example, when typing "ポ", the dakuten (゜) appears before the base character instead of after, resulting in visually incorrect text order.

Expected behavior:
The dakuten should appear after the base character, forming the correct display of "ポ".

This seems like an issue with Windows Terminal and not with this editor. It happens even with PowerShell:

You're absolutely right — I also confirmed that the dakuten on half-width kana appear upside down when using PowerShell.
It seems this is not a bug of the Edit feature itself, but rather an issue that occurs within PowerShell or the Windows Command Prompt environment.

[...] but rather an issue that occurs within [...] the Windows Command Prompt environment.

Yep, which is why I already transferred your issue to the microsoft/terminal repository.
