install and double click FreePascal icon

IDK if its a bug for Windows Terminal or not, but the latest FreePascal Crashed on Win11....

I remember that on Win10, this issues could fix by "use old version of console"? “使用旧版控制台”

We tried this with the latest FreePascal 3.2.2 on Windows 10 and 11 using Windows Terminal Canary and we couldn't reproduce the issue unfortunately.

Could you try using Canary as well? Here's a download link: https://aka.ms/terminal-canary-installer
