See #19075. Aside from security risks because we're running an entire HTTP client in your terminal, we also felt like it's weird for the default terminal of an OS to pop up firewall warnings. It should not "phone home" in our opinion, and it's difficult to tell what's intentional by you VS what someone put there (we load "fragment settings" from partially trusted places after all).
