Description of the new feature

Since Terminal is a keyboard first experience, I would prefer to be able to access the commands returned by Copilot easily with my keyboard. Tabbing through does work, but it does not seem like the ideal way of getting things done and feels slow/clunky to do multiple times in a conversation.

Proposed technical implementation details

Not sure what would be the easiest way to access, maybe the up arrow to get to it or alt commands,
