Steps to reproduce

Setup:

  1. regular user A
  2. admin user B
  3. User A has terminal in version X set as default - in my case preview - and some stable version as well.
  4. User B has installed default stable version only.
  5. Both users need to log in at least once to windows to fully setup environment vars probably
    Steps:
  6. Login as user A, press win+x --> select Terminal(Administrator) - it attempts to run preview version
  7. UAC prompt shows up --> enter B user credentials
  8. press win+x again --> select Terminal(administrator) - Screen dimms to grey, UAC prompt never shows up.

Expected Behavior

System will handle terminal installations correctly

Actual Behavior

System stays in invalid state - the only possible action is to reboot.
