Steps to reproduce

I created some tabs with split windows (all are ubuntu system within wsl), and when I tried to drag one of them, the entire application froze, and even a restart couldn't recover it. Not reproduced every time.

Expected Behavior

No response

Actual Behavior

The entire application froze, and even a restart couldn't recover it.
When I right-clikc the windows terminal's app icon to open a new window, the new window created, and the died instance also recovered.
