The procedure entry point RegisterApplicationRestart could not be located in the dynamic link library D:\Desktop\terminal-1.23.12811.0\WindowsTerminal.exe.

Windows Terminal requires Windows 10.0.19041 or greater. It looks like RegisterApplicationRestart moved to its present location in Windows 10.0.18363.0, and so if you are using an earlier version than that you may want to not do that.
