The powershell window command keeps popping up out of nowhere at no specific time or action
HTTPS://aka.ms/pswindows is shown with the words to learn more or something in that order of text. It isn’t exact words but maybe someone will pick up on it and thanks

Hey - unfortunately, we are just as much a victim of this as you are. We do not control when powershell is launched on your computer. You'll need to check your Startup scripts or, if you are working for a company, your enterprise policy configuration.
