When using transparency, a normal sized window does not trigger YouTube to disable video rendering (video and audio are presented). When full-screen using F11, video + audio is still presented. When double clicking the title bar to maximize, video is present through transparency for a brief period of time and then disappears, audio continues to be presented.

Windows Terminal version

1.23.13503.0

Windows build number

10.0.26200.0

Other Software

Chrome or Edge

Steps to reproduce

  • Windows Terminal
  • Transparency of default profile set to 85%, No acrylic material
  • Graphics API: automatic
  • Other settings default
  • Load YouTube in Chrome or Edge. Load Vimeo from Bing link; some observed results.

Expected Behavior

Video keeps rendering with transparency overlay.

Actual Behavior

Video is blacked out.
