  1. Is it theoretically possible to backport the Console Host implementation within this repo to Windows versions older than Windows 10 2004? If not, what APIs or other features do versions starting with Windows 10 2004 provide that older versions cannot?
  2. Are updates to the Console Host distributed via Windows Update, or with the Terminal app?
