Summary of the Pull Request

When i install the windows terminal i really like it. when it comes to customization it is very hard to find the property names. so it is better to have a interface of the profiles json for easy customization. I'm from #typescript background so i created the interface in typescript. I know it is not complete with all the options but it is an idea to have an interface somewhere we can use it as a reference.
