Detailed Description of the Pull Request / Additional comments

First we now have Visual Studio related things, "third party tools" is no longer an accurate name for this documatation. Besides, we do not really want to limit it to only third party tools, anyway. It's more about how to using profiles, instead of what the software is. So I renamed the file to "UsingProfiles"

Second I added the SSH profiles which should be very useful and inspiring to our community.
