Detailed Description of the Pull Request / Additional comments

Inspired by the original issue of @german-one and his comments in #1962, I try to add more contents to the documentation that hopefully will clarify the usage of TAEF. Personally I've stumbled upon several issues when it comes to TAEF when I first started working on PRs. I think this will help the community to learn TAEF and make contributions even more easily.
